For those who still haven't found what we ate in this institution that is the Brasserie George in Lyon, here is the Peninsula menu we had :
- Berry Lentil Salad with Chives and Cherry Vinegar
- Black Sausage with mashed Potatoes and Apple
- Floating Island with Pink Pralines of Saint Genix
Check for "Berry", which is an area in the center of France, and Saint-Genix, a city not so far from Chambéry.
